If your child is ill
You may be contacted to pick up your child if he/she becomes ill during the day. In addition, if your child has been vomiting, he/she may not return until he/she has not vomited for over 24 hours. Furthermore, if your child has had a fever, he/she must remain fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT THE USE OF FEVER REDUCING MEDICATIONS SUCH AS TYLENOL OR IBUPROFEN.

COVID exclusion guidelineParents should not send students to school when sick. For school settings, NJDOH recommends that students with the following symptoms be promptly isolated from others and excluded from school:

For students with chronic illness, only new symptoms or symptoms worse than baseline should be used to fulfill symptom-based exclusion criteria.
