Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcaBA) ― 2025-2026 School Year

Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcaBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this energetic and impactful position, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties:
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Conduct intake evaluations, behavioral assessments, and ongoing data collection to monitor and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure consistent application and intervention strategies. 
  • Communicate regularly with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and provide updates on progress.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles.
  • Experience working directly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, and maintaining detailed medical records. 
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures accurately.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
  • Patience, empathy, and dedication to providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
