Asthma

If your child has asthma, please download and review Asthma letter under important links as well as the statewide Asthma Treatment Plan and be sure to have it completed by your child's doctor. Please be sure to have a copy of the Asthma Treatment Plan for you child on file at the school. This is essential to your child's safety at school.
